How did the city become the one we live in today? One of the many, different histories of the city is here described on a timeline that covers its huge urban transformation since the postwar period on, from the mutations of built spaces to the political, economic, social and cultural facts that defined their context.
Moving between the tables and the walls, the facts come to life through photographs and films that create iconic “historical” trees, with bright branches that will grow (or will be trimmed) over the course of time, since history changes. A history of Torino, a multi-voice narration to try and explain the raison d’être of the contemporary city.
