Ortorama

Two days, four round tables, two tours, eighteen experts and members of associations as well as Italian and European projects to talk about urban gardening as a multidimensional and multifaceted phenomenon, more and more central in the current urban scenario.

Ortorama is an initiative by ORME ETS – Orti Metropolitani in collaboration with Urban Lab, promoting a reflection – in the framework of Terra Madre 2022 – on the topic of regeneration and looking at the urban gardens as strategic tools to this aim. The objective of the event is twofold: representing the many practices and purposes of urban gardening and promoting a dialogue for a common reflection on the generative potential of gardens and the far-reaching implications of the phenomenon.
