Urban Lab is the coordinator of the local stakeholders of the City of Torino within the framework of the project MOLOC.
Financed by the Interreg Europe program, its goal is to set up a new urban low carbon model contributing to the energetic transition, conciliating city quality and efficiency of measures and meeting financial constraints. Inspired by a bottom up approach, MOLOC partners, involved in energy transition strategies, will collectively design and test innovative ways of achieving low-carbon cities through three steps program: comparative analysis, design of local action plans and action plan’s implementation and monitoring.
Urban Lab role is to keep to the city and the ways of living it at the center of the reflections, to involve local stakeholders within the whole process and to fit the results for a wider dissemination.
